Yes. We use your files only for your project, never sell them, and limit who and what can reach them. Our accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where it is available. We will not show your data or results in a portfolio or on social media without your written permission.
Sometimes. We use an AI model API on some work to make it faster. Before any data goes to it, we remove personal details such as names, phone numbers and ID numbers. Recordings, transcripts, and documents for translation that contain personal information are never sent to AI tools unless you agree in writing first. If you would rather we did not use AI at all, tell us before we start. Read how we use AI.
Yes. If you need a non-disclosure agreement or a data processing agreement, ask before you send any files and we will agree it first.
At the end of the project we return or delete your files as agreed, and we delete temporary working copies after delivery. Tell us what you prefer when you get in touch.
After you contact us, we agree the method together, usually email or a shared Google Drive folder. Please do not send files before that, and avoid public links.
Spreadsheets, CSV files, PDFs, scanned documents, photos of handwritten forms, and audio or video recordings. If you are not sure whether we can use your format, ask.
Before we start, you agree in writing that your recording can be processed by an AI speech-to-text service, which produces a first draft. We then check and correct that draft against the audio ourselves. The service provider may keep the audio for a limited period under its own terms. If you do not agree to AI processing, we complete the work another way, which may take longer and cost more. Read how we use AI.
Prices are shown in the Services and Packages sections above, in Kenyan shillings, with no VAT charged at present. They are guide prices for typical jobs. We confirm the final price in a clear quote after reviewing a sample, before we start. Transcription is priced per minute of audio.

No. For packages such as the M-Pesa Statement to Cashbook and the Tax-Time Records Pack, we organize and tidy your records so they are easy to review. We do not provide accounting, audit or tax advice, and we do not file returns. Ask your accountant or tax adviser about those.
We create or update contact lists only from data you give us or from public business directories and business websites. We do not buy, scrape or compile lists of private individuals' personal contact details. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to hold and use the contacts, including for marketing, under the Data Protection Act, 2019. We process the data only on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, share it with no one, and return or delete our copies at the end of the project as agreed.
Layout, not content: margins, fonts, headings, page numbers, table of contents, lists of tables and figures, citation style and the reference list, applied to a document you have written. We also proofread and edit your own writing. We do not write chapters, create data or rewrite your arguments, and we do not write assignments or theses for you to submit as your own.
